Organization and Management of Education and Training

The Master Programme in Education and Training, specializing in Organization and Management of Education and Training, aims to further the knowledge acquired in the 1st Cycle and to prepare professionals to perform autonomously in the fields of education and training.

Attendance of this course will allow students to develop the following competences:

• Coordinating, creating, planning, following and evaluating projects, programmes and devices related to education and training;
• Managing private and 3rd sector education and training organizations;
• Supervising, coordinating and guiding working teams in the context of intermediate structures of private and 3rd sector education and training organizations;
• Creating and developing studies, proposals and actions in the scope of education and training;
• Proposing measures of innovation in the scope of education and training and coordinating the production of education and training resources.

Holders of a Bachelor’s degree or legal equivalent in the field of Education and Training or other areas of the Social Sciences and Humanities;

Holders of a foreign higher degree granted following a 1st Cycle of studies organized according to the principles of the Bologna Process by a State acceding to this Process in the fields of Education/Educational Sciences;

Holders of a foreign higher degree in the field of Education/Educational Sciences that is recognised by the Scientific Council of the Institute of Education as complying with the objectives of the Bachelor’s degree;

Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum that is recognised by the Scientific Council of the Institute of Education as certifying the ability to carry out this study cycle.
