This Master Programme aims at professional qualification through the development of skills (diagnostic, design, coordination skills) for carrying out activities in: management in organizations of the Educational administration sector (at central, regional or local level); school management; and the management of educational organizations, whether they are inserted in the formal educational system or not.

The Master Programme also aims to develop skills to carry out professional intervention and research projects in this organizational contexts.

Those who hold a degree or legal equivalent and have professional experience in the fields of Education or Training, namely kindergarten teachers or basic or secondary school teachers.
